Our Services
One-on-one training in your home is invaluable and cannot be replaced with group classes. We tailor the session to your personal goals and living arrangements.
All dogs have individual personalities that require unique consideration including specific breed traits and temperament.
An in-home session also means we can provide you with valuable advice on backyard safety, apartment living, child safety, living with cats and other pets, senior family members, stairs, no-go zones, toileting, sleeping arrangements, and other factors that are informed by your household and living situation.
Toilet Training
Are you getting ready to welcome a new furry friend? Limiting accidents in your home early is essential to set the foundational patterns in your dog’s brain from the get go.
Stopping Biting & Chewing
When your puppy first comes home, biting and chewing everything in sight is inevitable as they are teething. Cute as it may be as a little fluff ball, when you have a teenager in a few months those nips will not be as cute (or as welcome by others). You will be surprised by the damage they can make if left unchecked.
General Dog Health, Safety & Socialisation
We provide you with holistic knowledge on the wellbeing of your dog covering everything from A-Z. We ensure the environment of your home is one which is safe and secure in their early days. We also discuss the best ways to ensure your dog remains healthy and discuss the ways to avoid separation anxiety, and how to socialise your new pup safely.
Stop Jumping
Although this may be tolerable when they are small, the same cannot be said when you have a fully grown dog especially for medium-large breeds. What happens at home will continue when you are out in public, it is important to address any behavioural issues as early as possible.
Excessive Barking
Often coincides with separation anxiety or it can be to get your attention. Although no one can stop a dog barking all together there are often ways to reduce excessive unwanted behaviour.
Enjoy Walks in Peace
Walking your dog should be a fun experience for both of you, but you should be walking your dog, not them walking you. This sort of training is best done from 5 months onwards depending on the breed.
Basic Command Training
Our basic obedience training service is perfect for dogs of all ages who need a little extra guidance. We'll focus on teaching them commands like sit, stay, and hold, as well as leash manners and impulse control.
“Dale is a life saver. I was at my wits end with my 16 week old pup who was running the household and using our apartment as his own personal bathroom. After just one visit from Dale, I see a massive difference. The skills are easy to pick up and follow. Thank you so much Dale.”
